Low-Sugar Jello & Ice Cream Recipe | Healthy Dessert

You will need

2 handfuls of ice

1 tsp Xantham Gum

2 Scoops Vanilla Impact Whey Protein

150ml Almond Milk

1 sachet Sugar-Free Jello

1 tsp cacao nibs



  1. Make the sugar-free jello following the instructions on the packet and leave in the fridge to set
  2. To a blender add the ice, xanthan gum, protein powder and milk
  3. Blend for 3 minutes – this will make the mixture thick and foamy
  4. Pour into a plastic tub and place in the freezer until set
  5. Using a heated spoon to scoop the ice cream, then serve with jello and cacao nibs (or sprinkles!)
