Low-Carb Almond Butter Cookies Ingredients
- 1 cup – Myprotein Almond butter
- 3 Tbs Stevia
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbs Ground almonds

Preheat oven to 350°F
Put all 4 ingredients into a medium size bowl. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
Roll dough into 16 walnut sized pieces, and place on a greased cookie sheet or a moulded tray as I have used
Cook for 12 minutes or until when pressed they feel firm, move from the oven to a cooling rack. Then store in an air-tight container for 2-3 days
