Kick-Booty BCAA Slushies | Refreshing BCAA Recipe

Pre- or post-workout, these BCAA slushies are perfect for any time of the day.

Slurp your BCAAs as slushies for the ultimate refreshment while topping up those all-important aminos.

BCAA slushies

Makes: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 8 scoops Raspberry Lemonade BCAA
  • 10 strawberries, plus extra to decorate
  • 1 lime (juice)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3 large handfuls ice

Method

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until slushy. You don’t want to overdo it here – just blend enough before it liquefies too much.

2. Pour into shot glasses and decorate each glass with a fresh strawberry. Perfection!
