High Protein Cookies | Cranberry & White Chocolate

These high protein cookies are full of cranberries and sweet white chocolate chunks! What’s not to love about this tasty snack that will also meet your macros?


Ingredients

1 scoop of Impact Whey Protein (30 g) – Cookies & Cream flavor

✓ 1/2 cup of Instant Oats (1.5 oz /40 g)

2 tablespoons of egg substitute (30 ml)

✓ 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce (4 oz /113 g)

✓ 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

1/4 cup of dried cranberries (1.5 oz /40 g)

✓ Handful of white chocolate chunks (0.75 oz /20 g)

Method

 1. Mix wet ingredients in one bowl and dry in another

 2. Mix the two bowls together

 3. Stir in the cranberries and chocolate

4. Drop batter on cookie sheet (we would recommend using a baking mat or parchment paper)

 5. Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes
