High Protein Cake Recipe | Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

What’s better than a slice of warm banana bread? A slice of warm banana bread filled with chocolate chips and high in protein!


Ingredients

1 scoop of Vanilla Impact Whey Protein (30 g)

2 Tablespoons coconut flour (16 g /5 oz)

1 very ripe banana (100 g /3.5 Oz)

✓ 3 Tablespoons of  unsweetened almond milk (46 ml)

✓ 3 Tablesppons of  egg substitute (46 g)

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

✓ 1 Tablespoon of Chocolate Chips (15 g /5 Oz)

Method

 1. Mash the banana

 2. Whisk together wet and dry ingredients

 3. Stir in mashed banana

 4. Stir in chocolate chips

 5. Pour into sprayed mini loaf pan (could do as muffins or bars)

 6. Bake at 350 F for about 45-55 minutes
