Healthy Snacks | BBQ Avocado Fingers

Here is a quick simple snack for on the go – these BBQ Avocado Fingers have a deliciously salty-sweet taste and smooth texture!





– 1/2  Avocado


– 2 Smoked Ham Slices


– 1 Tsp Ketchup


– 1 Tsp Brown sauce


– 1 Tsp Honey


– ½ Tsp Chilli powder


– ½ Tsp Cinnamon powder





a) Cut the 1/2 avocado and cut into quarters take 2 pieces of smoked ham and roll it around the avocado


b) To a bowl mix the ketchup, brown sauce, honey, chilli powder and cinnamon powder together and rub all over the ham rolls


c) Put in the oven for 10-12 minutes on 190oC until ham edges have darkened and serve


These will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days!
