Healthy Recipe | Chicken Turmeric Skewer & Salad

Here is a great meal prep chicken dish that will be served warm or cold and made in advance.

 

Calories: 240        Protein: 37g        Fat: 9g        Carbs: 5g

 

You will need

150g Chicken Breast

1 Tbs Ground Turmeric

1 Tsp Coconut Oil

 

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160oC
  2. Cut the chicken into pieces and roll in the ground turmeric
  3. Press the chicken onto a skewer
  4. Spoon the coconut oil onto a baking tray and place the chicken on top of it
  5. Cooked in the oven for 15-18 minutes covered in baking foil
  6. Serve warm or cold with mixed salad
