Our Smoked Chicken and Butternut Squash is a moist, succulent dish!
It’s a delicious combination and takes less than 30 minutes to make so you don’t have to wait long to tuck in!
– ½ Butternut Squash
– 1 Chicken Breast (Sliced)
– 6 Cherry Tomatoes
– 1 Cal Spray
– 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
– Salt and Pepper
a) Firstly start by cutting the butternut squash in half and scoring across the flesh and spray with 1 cal, place on a baking tray and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the squash is soft and darkened on the edges
b) Roll your raw chicken in the smoked paprika, salt and pepper, 1 cal spray a frying pan and place the chicken in the pan on a medium heat until chicken is thoroughly cooked
c) After 15 minutes add the cherry tomatoes to the butternut squash baking tray and cook until soft
Plate up and enjoy!
