Healthy Halloween Waffles | Pumpkin Spiced

Delicious Halloween waffles! Who needs tricks when can have treats like these! You should be able to prepare these in 10 minutes and then they’ll need just 10 minutes cooking time. Happy Halloween!

Ingredients

2 scoops of Cinnamon Roll Impact Whey

1/2 cup (55g) of Instant Oats

✓ 2 tsp Baking Powder

✓ 1/2 tsp of Pumpkin Spice/Cinnamon

✓ 1 cup (225g) of Canned Pumpkin

✓ 1/2 cup (100g) of Liquid Egg Whites

Vanilla Flavdrops


Method

1. Pre-heat the waffle iron

 2. In a bowl, mix together the whey, instant oats, baking powder and pumpkin spice. Add the canned pumpkin, liquid egg whites and Flavdrops and mix to form a smooth batter

 3. Spray the waffle iron with 0 kcal spray and spoon a couple of dessert spoonfuls of the batter and leave until fully cooked through

 4. You should now have 4 large waffles to sink your teeth into!
