Healthy Desserts | Choc-Chip Banana Loaf


A delicious low calorie, low sugar treat for any time your cravings kick in!


– 1 – Medium Banana

– 1 oz Coconut Oil

– 1 scoop (1 oz)  Milk Protein smooth

– 1 Egg

– 2 tbsp  Stevia

– 5oz  Self raising flour

– 1oz  Milk Chocolate Chip

– 15oz  Milk (Skimmed or Almond milk)


1) To a bowl add all the dry ingredients – Protein powder, stevia, flour and choc chips

2) With a fork mash the banana into a pulp

3) Melt the coconut oil and mix together with the banana and a beaten egg

4) Mix the wet and dry mixture together then add the milk if the mix seems thick add more milk

5) Then pour into a baking paper lined tin and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes on 180oC until golden brown

6) Once cooled cut into portion sizes it will last 2 -3 days in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer
