Ghostly Brownies | High Protein Halloween Treat

Beware! These ghostly brownies are a scarily tasty treat! 15 minutes of preparation, 25 minutes cooking and then they’ll be ready for you to sink your teeth into and enjoy! Happy Halloween!


3 scoops of Chocolate Smooth Impact Whey

? 70g (2.5 ounces) of Cacao Powder

30g (1 ounce) of Instant Oats

1/2 tbsp of Baking Powder

95g (3.5 ounces) of Xylitol

130g (4.5 ounces) of Liquid Egg Whites

255g (9 ounces) of 0% Fat Greek Yogurt

300g (10.5 ounces) of Unsweetened Apple Puree

? Toffee Flavdrops

Brownie Topping

100g (3.5 ounces) of 0% Greek Yogurt

Vanilla Flavdrops

9 White Marshmallows

Optional Black Icing for Ghost Eyes


 1. Pre heat the oven to 180°C

 2. In a bowl mix together the Whey, Cocoa Powder, Instant Oats, Baking Powder and Xylitol

 3. Add in the Egg Whites, Greek Yogurt, Apple Puree and Flavdrops, and then mix to form a smooth batter

4. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until fully cooked and then leave them to cool

5. Once cooled, cut into 9 separate slices and then mix the Greek Yogurt and Flavdrops

6. Add a dollop of vanilla Greek Yogurt mixture onto the top of each and top each one with a white marshmallow

 7. All Done! Now eat and enjoy!
