Game Day Snack | Cacao Donuts

What better snack to watch the game with than warm Cacao Donuts! These are so good you’ll have to remember not to keep your eyes on the game!


Ingredients

✓ 1 scoop Myprotein Chocolate Smooth Impact Whey (30 g)

✓ 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (120 g / 4 oz)

✓ 3 T egg substitute (46 ml)

✓ 3 T unsweetened almond milk (46 ml)

✓ 1 T coconut flour

✓ 2 T almond flour

✓ 1 T unsweetened cocoa powder

✓ 1/2 t baking powder

✓ Sweetener for taste (2-4 packets)

Optional toppings:

✓ Frosting

✓ Mini chocolate chips

✓ Mini marshmallows

Method

 1. Mix all ingredients until smooth

 2. Pour batter into donut pan coated with nonstick spray

 3. Bake at 350 F for 28-30 minutes

 4. Let them cool

 5. Now it’s time to tuck in to your delicious warm cacao donuts!
