When watching the game everyone wants to snack! This little pot of goodness is a far healthier option than chips and dip, a lot less carbs and much more filling and satisfying.
Football Snack Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast (cut into strips)
- 1 Tbs BBQ sauce
- 1 Tbs Myprotein Peanut butter
- 1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- Mixed salad
Football Snack Recipe
Firstly cut the chicken into strips
Next mix together the BBQ sauce, Peanut butter and Smoked Paprika then smother the chicken all over
Please in an oven proof dish and cook on 180oC for 20 -25 minutes until cooked through
Note: Make sure the cooking dish is covered with a lid or foil to retain moisture
While the chicken is cooking chop all your salad vegetables of choice and dress with olive oil.
Serve in hand sized bowls.
