Easy Sweet & Sour Ingredients


  • 150g Chicken Breast
  • 100g Fresh Pineapple
  • ½ Fresh Lemon
  • 1 Tbs Dried BBQ Spice Mix

Easy Sweet & Sour Recipe

  1. Poach the chicken in simmering water until thoroughly cooked
  2. Once cooked remove from the water and place on absorbent paper to lightly dry
  3. Cut the chicken into chunks squeeze over the lemon and roll in the dry spice mix
  4. Cut the pineapple into chunks similar sized to the chicken
  5. Build the skews placing the chicken and pineapple alternately and finish on a hot griddle on all sides for 2-3 minutes
  6. Serve with salad and vegetables
