Easy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

These easy peanut butter cookies are super simple to make. You can enjoy them right out of the oven, or even on-the-go – that’s if you don’t eat them all at once!

Easy Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops Impact Whey Protein
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Stevia (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Easy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix the almond flour, whey protein powder, baking powder, and Stevia in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl mash the banana with a potato masher or a fork.

Mix the cashew butter, vanilla extract, and honey in the bowl with the banana.

When both bowls are mixed well combine the two and mix them together, then gently mix in the chocolate chips, if using.

Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and spray some non-stick cooking spray on it, then spoon the mixture onto the sheet as 12 cookies.

Let them bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown, then remove from the oven and let sit for 15 minutes.
