Keto Donut Fat Bomb Ingredients


  • 2 tbs Coconut oil
  • 2 tbs Almond Butter
  • 1 tbs Instant oats
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbs Stevia


Keto Donut Fat Bomb Recipe

Firstly start by melting the coconut oil. Add all the other ingredients, mix together then pour into a mold. Place in the freezer.

They will take 2 hours to freeze then they are ready to use as and when needed.
