Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars
These chocolate peanut butter protein bars are easy to make and perfect for when you’re on the go- what’s more they’re super tasty!
15g of all natural smooth peanut butter
75g of oats
4 scoops of toffee impact whey protein
1 tin of butter beans
2 tablespoons of sweetener
1 table spoon of honey
100g of peanut butter
1 large bar of dark chocolate
Using a food processor or hand blender process one tin of butter beans.
And 30ml of almond milk.
To the processed butter beans add 5 scoops of protein powder, 75g of rolled oats, and 15g of peanut butter.
Mix well and add 2 tablespoons of sweetener, toffee Flavdrops and honey.
Line a square baking tray with grease proof paper and add the bar mix.
Place in the oven for 7 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool for 15 minutes.
Once cool melt one large bar of dark chocolate.
Slice the tray bake into bars, to the top add a thick layer of peanut butter and pour melted dark chocolate oven the top.
Allow to harden in the fridge(or freezer).
Once the the chocolate is hardened go a head and help yourself!
