This silky smooth mousse can be eaten frozen or refrigerated so is an ideal meal prepping snack. With its high good fats and low sugar, it’s a sweet fix without the guilt!
You will need:
- 50g natural Greek-style yogurt
- 50g raw avocados
- 30g cocoa powder
- 50g evaporated milk
- 14g coconut oil
- 30g cream cheese

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and whisk until completely smooth.
Pour into ramekins and freeze for as and when needed.
