Carrot Cake Protein Balls

Ingredients

For the protein balls

✓ 2 servings of Instant Oats – Vanilla flavor

3 servings of Impact Whey Protein – Cinnamon Roll flavor

3.5 oz of grated carrots

1.7 oz of raisins

8 pitted dates

✓ 75ml of water

For the icing 

3.5 oz of low fat cream cheese

2 tbsp of  MYSYRUP (sugar free) – maple flavor


Method

1. Place raisins into a blender and pulse until they are broken up

 2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until nearly smooth

3. Roll into small balls (the mixture will be a little sticky here) & freeze for a minimum of 1 hour

 4. While waiting, mix the cream cheese and honey in a bowl & mix until smooth

 5. Dip the balls into the frosting and consume straight away or refrigerate to set
