Blueberry Coconut Popsicles | Low Sugar

Looking for a sweet treat for summer but don’t want all that refined sugar? Try using FlavDrops in our low sugar blueberry and coconut popsicles for the whole family to enjoy on those hot summer days.

Makes: 6 low sugar popsicles


Ingredients

✓ 2 cups coconut milk (fresh, not tinned)

✓ 5 oz frozen blueberries

✓ 2-4 drops Vanilla FlavDrops


Method

 

#1 Blend blueberries and pulse until coarsely chopped

#2 In a separate bowl, combine coconut milk and FlavDrops, then stir in the berry mixture

#3 Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours

#4 Remove from popsicles molds and enjoy these super treats this summer!
