Blueberry Bran Muffins

Too busy for breakfast? Make these muffins ahead of time and take them on-the-go! Sure to keep you full
and satisfied all morning.


Ingredients

 

 1 scoop Myprotein Vanilla Impact Whey
 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (120g / 4oz)
 3 tbs egg white (46ml)
 1/4 cup oat bran (40g / 1.5oz)
 1/2 t baking powder
 1/2 t cinnamon
 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (70g / 2.5oz)
 Sweetener to taste (optional)


Method

 

#1 Thaw blueberries if using frozen (can also use fresh)

#2  Mix together everything except blueberries

#3 Stir in blueberries

#4 Pour batter into muffins liners (recommend silicon)

#5 Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
