Everyone loves cheesecake right? Unfortunately, regular cheesecake probably isn’t the best thing for your healthy diet but I can guarantee you that you will absolutely love this healthier alternative.
Although it may not be packed with all the sugar and buttery flavors, it’s still pretty darn good. Some recipes out there pretending to be healthy protein cheesecakes have just as much fat and carbs as regular cheesecake, it’s basically like having regular cheesecake with a protein shake!
This version however, is much more “macro-friendly” and delicious…. try it out!
Protein Cheesecake Ingredients
✓ 1 Container of Fat Free Cream Cheese (14 Tbsp)
✓ 250 Grams of Plain Greek Yogurt
✓ 2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
✓ 2 Eggs
✓ ¼ Cup of Almond Milk
✓ Optional: Fat Free Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
✓ Optional: Sweetener such as truvia, splenda, or stevia
Protein Cheesecake Method
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend until all ingredients are mixed
- Spray a tin pan with Pam and pour the ingredients in
- Put In Oven 250 degrees for 20 minutes
- Bump it up to 300 degrees for 20 more minutes
- Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight!
Pumpkin Protein Cheesecake

✓ 2 eggs
✓ 250 grams plain greek yogurt
✓ 2 scoops vanilla whey
✓ 225 Grams of fat free cream cheese
✓ 1 full can of pumpkin
✓ ¼ cup of almond milk
✓ 1 tsp of baking powder
✓ Sweetener of choice
✓ Optional: fat free sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
