Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cookies don’t have to be a cheat snack anymore! Enjoy these delicious banana chocolate chip cookies everyday with zero guilt and maximum pleasure!


Ingredients

✓ 1 scoop of Impact Whey Protein – Vanilla flavor

✓ 1 very ripe banana (100g /3.5oz)

✓ 1/2 cup quick oats (40g /1.5oz)

✓ 1 T egg substitute (15ml)

✓ 3 T unsweetened almond milk (46ml)

✓ 1/2 t baking powder

✓ Handful of chocolate chips (28g /1oz)

Instructions

 1. Mash banana and set aside

 2. Mix together protein, oats, baking powder, egg, and milk

 3. Stir in mashed banana

 4. Stir in chocolate chips (feel free to add more/less)

 5. Drop batter on cookie sheet (use parchment paper or baking mat)

 6. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes 

 7. Once baked, allow to cool, and then enjoy!
