Ingredients
✓ 1 scoop Myprotein Salted Caramel Impact Whey
✓  1 cup old fashioned oats (80g / 3oz)
✓ 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (113g / 4oz)
✓  3 T egg substitute (46ml)
✓  3 T unsweetened almond milk (46ml)
✓  1/2 tsp baking powder
✓  1/2 tsp cinnamon
✓ Sweetener if desired
Method
#1 Mix all ingredients until smooth
#2 Pour batter into 5×7 baking dish coated with nonstick spray
#3 Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
#4 Eat plain or top with fresh berries and peanut butter drizzle
