Healthy Snacks | Avocado Devilled Eggs

These quick simple tasty Avocado Devilled Eggs are delicious and look impressive with very little effort!




– 1/2 Avocado (Mashed)


– 6 Boiled Eggs (or as many as you like)


– Chilli Flakes




a) Boil the eggs for 5 minutes and allow to cool


b) Peel the eggs cut in half and remove the yolks into a separate bowl and mash together with the avocado, salt and pepper.


c) Put a tea spoon of the mixture into the egg yolk space and sprinkle with chilli flakes


d) They will last in the fridge for 3 days but will darken in colour if left over a day
