The powerhouses of NCAA football seem to stay within the same scope year after year with a surprise underdog making an appearance every season. The dominant football teams tend to have a better recruiting class year after year, which is why the top 10 powerhouses tend to contain many familiar names. The area of the college tends to be less of a concern come National Signing Day than coaches and teammates.
