What drives me to get up out of bed everyday at 6am? The opportunity to improve the person who I am on a daily basis both physically and mentally. The most effective way of achieving goals is setting short term and long term goals. I find that setting weekly goals keeps me on track, whether it is to loose 2lbs in a week or to perform better in work. Goals and objectives should be set outside of the gym as well.
