I am from the camp that pretty much every creatine is identical. Nothing new here. Although I don't need a spoon or anything to mix it. I just put a scoop into the bottom of a cup and fill it with water and drink. Pretty Easy so I like it!
Goes Well With:
your mother screaming down the stairs to stop taking creatine because it's a "steroid". Come on mom, all I want is some damn meatloaf for me and my friends!
