5These vitamins are way better than what u could get around the USA. It's definitely effective . Once I take it in the morning I feel energized the entire day. The dosage is really high so it's for those who are active and want to use their body for a greater good. I will definitely purchase is again Goes Well With:Testosterone nooste and B- vitamins complex

Unnecessary/Ridiculous
2Why on Earth do you need ~8000% the recommended daily value of vitamin A or 3000-4000% the amounts of many others? Pointless at best. Also the 50mg of B2 will turn your urine neon yellow. Normal vitamins have like 4.6mg.
