Resistance bands
5These are a great addition to the home gym at a fraction of the cost of dumbbells. Previously had some cheap ones but took a gamble these were much better and wasn’t disappointed. Own all three resistances which cater for most exercises.

Resistance bands
5Got these for lockdown, slightly dubious about how well they would cope for giving a good workout. Very surprised as the versatility of the bands, ease to carry about, capable of getting you to think about form. I’m 195 Cm (6’4” in old money) and the bands are a more than adequate length. Would like to see a wider range of bands but the two sets I got, so far have worked brilliantly.

5Throughout lockdown and the weeks after, I have been struggling to get hold of decent resistance bands. I’ve tried a few different brands until I stumbled upon these gems! The price is brilliant and the product is great. One of my bands did snap, but it was replaced for free within a couple of days. I would highly recommend these bands to everyone!

Good but snapped after a week!
3I like these bands. I had the heavy duty ones and then bought the lighter grey ones recently. I was using them for fly's when one of them snapped. Bit annoying really. I thought they would have been a little more resilient but clearly not. Maybe I'm too strong for them? No, that can't be right. Anyway, I now use the one remaining band for warm up stuff so I still think they're good. Just be careful with it.

A Convenient workout tool
5Due to restrictions being put in place & weight prices going astronomical, I decided to purchase some of these bands & see where it leads, after picking up several workout videos from the MYP instagram account & a few from YouTube, I discovered that there’s countless exercises to do with this band. So my +s are as follows: ➕Doesn’t cost a lot ➕Convenient to carry/store if going away. ➕Can exercise anybody part ➕Can you additionally to weights already owned ➕ good for keeping you on track for your goals & the -s: ➖not going to get the same growth impact as heavy lifting at the gym. So if your ‘strapped’ for cash & don’t have the room for a home gym, you can’t go wrong with getting some of these.

Resistance is futile?
5Finally managed to grab some bands to add to my ever growing collection. Overall: good quality and allows for a range of exercises. Initially got the light grey (which was only one in stock) so will be getting more as they become available. Two things that I like especially is that they come in packs of 2,and aren’t overpriced . Also resistance is measured in kilograms which makes it easier to adapt from a gym to home workout situation without having to convert pounds to kilos 👍

Amazing
5Great piece of equipment! Very helpful with stretching and using for a warm up. But since being in lockdown I have used as a major part of my training plan! I have just bought more and bought some for family members aswell who are just beginning. I now have both grey and red!
