Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL contains ester salt, which encourages water retention and over time will increase the concentration of creatine to the muscle. It’s particularly beneficial for sports like sprinting, weight lifting and cycling.

Creatine Gluconate reduces muscle fatigue and boosts recovery. Containing a sugar molecule, it enhances creatine absorption and uptake after a workout, when your muscles are more receptive to nutrients.

How to take creatine powders

If you’re new to creatine powders, we’d recommend a daily consumption of four 5g servings for five days. This will help saturate your muscle creatine stores. After that, drop down to one dose per day, before or after a workout.

Make sure you don’t run out of creatine powder by keeping an eye on how many servings you have left. In our 0.5lb pack, you’ll get 45 servings, 1.1lb packs will give you 100, while our 2.2lb packs will supply 200 servings.
