Failed Payments

If your transaction is not authorized by your bank or card issuer, we'll email you to let you know that there was a problem taking payment for your order.

To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following:

  • Check the card details on your Myprotein account are correct
  • Make sure all billing address information is entered correctly
  • If all details are correct and your payment still failed, your card issuer may have declined your payment. Please contact your bank or card issuer to authorize the payment to avoid this happening again.
If you've checked all of the above, we suggest that you try placing a new order with an alternative card/payment method.
