Add 300-350ml of water of milk into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 2 MP large scoops (60g), shake and consume. Use 2-3 times daily or as required.

Yep this does cost more than impact whey but it does have lots of other protein blends in it. It's a very high % protein (not like some I've tried which are only around 30% protein when you actually read the ingredients). Flavor was pretty good (choc) although some might find it quite sweet and it mixed well. Overall I liked it and would buy again.
Great blend of proteins, tatses good and mixes well. Defiantely recommned highly.
This is a great blended protein. I've often used it at breakfast time and last thing at night. Mixes well with a good shake and tastes pretty pleasant too.Goes Well With:Breakfast!

Hey, I've been using this for about a week now. I mix 1 large scoop with a half cup of juice and drink it on average 3 times a day. Sometimes if I’m in a rush I only manage to prepare 1 drink in a morning before I rush out to work. Even on the days where I only manage one scoop I still feel the benefit of Total Protein after I work out. I maintain muscle mass far better since I started using Total Protein, despite not really increasing the intensity of my workout, the only thing that has changed is me switching to Myprotein.
